Meet Susan Fratoni, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Susan Fratoni is the founder and owner of The Right Mind Psychiatric Services. She is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with more than 25 years of experience in mental health care, spanning research, inpatient psychiatry, substance use treatment, eating disorder recovery, and psychiatric home care.
Her mission is to partner with clients in a collaborative way, ensuring that treatment decisions reflect both clinical expertise and each individual’s goals. Susan believes in keeping medication regimens as effective and concise as possible—“less is best”—to promote balance, relief, and lasting improvement with minimal side effects.
