Office Visits

If you prefer to meet in person, appointments are available Tuesday through Thursday.

Please note: In person visits may be rescheduled to telehealth appointments due to sickness, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If you schedule an in person visit and wish to change to telehealth, you may do so at any time. Once an appointment is scheduled as telehealth, you may not change it to an in person visit.
