Meet Erika Hood, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Erika joins our practice as a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with an extensive background in both community mental healthcare as well as emergency mental health care.  

Erika has been practicing as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner since 2017 and is known for her ability to manage complex medication regimens effectively and compassionately.

She has extensive expertise in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and psychotic disorders. Erika believes in treating the person, not just the diagnosis, and combines evidence-based medication management with a therapeutic, individualized approach.

Erika is deeply committed to supporting her clients through life’s challenges and strives to provide care that promotes both wellness and healing.
