Spravato® (Esketamine) Treatment for Depression

If you’ve tried multiple antidepressants without enough relief, Spravato® may be an option. Spravato is an FDA-approved intranasal form of esketamine designed for adults with treatment-resistant depression. Unlike traditional medications you take at home, Spravato must be administered in a certified medical office under the supervision of trained professionals.

During each visit you’ll self-administer Spravato nasal spray while our staff monitors you in a calm, supportive environment for at least two hours. Because Spravato can cause temporary dizziness or dissociation, you’ll need someone to drive you home after every session.

Most people start with two treatments per week for the first month, followed by less frequent maintenance visits once they’re responding. Our team handles the insurance approval process, reviews your medical history to ensure safety, and guides you through each step so you know exactly what to expect.
